I read your posting on NOA2. Did you get your NOA1 receipt? When I filed, I sent mine to TX which then got forwarded to Vermont. I included a form with my petition that emails and texts me the status of my petition. The email and the reciept told me it was going to Vermont. I am following you timeline to see how fast Vermont process petitions between Sept 2011. Good Luck...
