    I just received a call from Denator John Kerry's Office.. THey are going to send a letter to USCIS in favor of my case adn asked them to reconsider the consulate's decision. I just faxed them my 3 page grievance letter with all the attachments.. I am hopeful....

    My case is back at USCIS.. Now they have to make a decision to either affirm the consulate's decision or disagree adn force the consulate to review the petition.. Hopefully I will know somethign this week...

    My experience with the consulate was horrible. My fiancees visa was denied adn now I have to go through an appeal process. I will post my experience later... This was emotionally draining..

      Gracias. Si Newbie it was Licenciado Julio en la Plaza Jiminial. He gave me some very good advice adn showed me some cases like mine that had been resolved tru appeal. Y gracias por los buenos deseo. No hay mal que por bien no venga y ahora se me ha presentado una oportunidad de trbajar en el pais (DR) que no hubiera considerado si el estuviera aqui. Y en realidad me posicionaria muy bien en mi carrera y estuviera super close to him...

      Yo fui adonde un abogado en La Vega. Ese tiguere es una ciencia. El era immigration attorney aqui por 17 anos y ahora practica alla. Me enseño par de casos k le aprobaron la apelacion en 3 a 4 meses. so I will hire an attorney here if necessary y resuelvo. I will definitely keep everybody posted

      They implied determined it was for immigration purposes adn claimed we provided false evidence but they never reveiwed our evidence. I have to wait until I get the letter to see what they actually say..
