After all this time my husband's visa finally got approved. I am so excited! Can't wait for him to get here!!!

SO I received aletter telling me that the visa expired and I am welcomed to apply again. So I am getting married and I am also pregnant... I am hoping that this time around it will be smoother...

Dear God...please let the person that is reviewing my case see the unjustified treatment towards my huby and I and also let him/her see the unecessary wait the CO in DR made us go through....let him/her be of good heart and considerate so my case can be reveiwed in less than the 120 days and help me be more patient as i am starting to fall in desperation with this caos...Amen!

This is taking forever.. I think I am just goign to have to give up on this petition and start form scratch. Pero married...

IO think I am going to humbly write a letter to USCIS explaining the adverse consequences of the people at the consulate playing with my future.. #super frustrated...

Approved!!!!!!!!! Lots of details but I'm exhausted. I will fill u in later thanks for all the support and prayers.

Finally my case is back in the US as of 10/18/11. Now time to contact my senator again so they can help my speed up the review...

So they did review my case again at Santo Domingo but decided to still send it back to USCIS.. Currently just waiting...

So I called USCIS agian today adn now they tell me my case is in AP. They have been telling me it was being reviewed at USCIS. Or is this just a play on words... I guess we will see..
