  1. Congrats!!! I had my medical July 11 & 12 then interview August 1st...received my visa August 5th and my visa will expire on October 11, 2011...so mine is only good for 2 months but it doesn't matter because were leaving on Friday for USA.

  2. Hello guys! Any CR1 petition that asked for CENOMAR by Consul during interview at USEM? Do you also need to provide a CENOMAR or just certified copy of your Marriage Certificate for your CFO seminar at PRISM? Thanks!

USEmbassy...they only asked for my Marriage Contract-NSO, Birth Certificate-NSO and NBI. But I have my Certificate of Marriage just in case they will asked for it.

I did the CFO at PRISM and they asked a photocopy of my BC and MC since I don't have my VISA yet. Make sure you know the maiden name of your husband's mother :-)

  3. When I started looking on "Philippino Kisses", I avoided girls from Mindanao because I thought it would be dangerous to visit them.

"I also eliminated girls that claimed to be divorced and girls that had young kids."

This is in a regional forum "Philippines" so I assumed I can use my native dialect.

By the way I speak English just fine but maybe you can learn something about the Philippines and Mindanao by learning our native tongue.

Maybe you should stay in America where it safe under your mother skirt.

  4. Thank you. But I did all that... They keep saying that the processing takes 2-3 months. I guess I was just expecting to get results sooner... (like most of the VJ DCF filers, who got their approvals within one month of filing.).

Email these two address EVERYDAY!!! mphinquiry.cis@dhs.gov..AND.. IVManilaReplies@state.gov

Asawa ko is leaving right now to pick up her Visa at 2Go... 4 days from approval

  5. Back to the topic? I believe the intent of this thread was the OP expressing how fortunate he felt to have the same conservative, Christian values as his wife. he did so without attacking another member and making inappropriate comments.

I'll play.....WHO DID I ATTACK???? Will the victim PLEASE come forward and you will receive my SINCERE APOLOGY.

AND What inappropiate comments did I make??? We sure are slinging a lot of mud my way with NOTHING to back it up. Ya like Obama and his liberal, socialist policies..FINE..but I can't disagree? OH..how soon do we forget the racist liberal bashing of Bush! (if my comments constitute racism then liberals are guilty of same). Websters:

    Definition of RACISM

1 : a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

AT what point DID I IMPLY ANY OF THE ABOVE. I am against the mans policies and will attack them AND the man the SAME way liberals attack EVERY Conservative that voices their opinion.(GO SARAH). I'm out of here..again...flame away..warn..ban..roast marshmallows..jimmy crack corn!!!

  6. Three racist strikes and then what - you get sent down the hall to the principals office?

    VJ. Sheesh.

    Yup, right along with 'Tattletales'

I've been accused and warned for attacking a member and racism. (mods..my warning hasn't arrived yet..bilisan mo) But I received no explanation of WHO I attacked (if someone felt I attacked them then I sincerely apologize, it wasn't my intent.)

BUT if you are accusing me of RACISM because I despise the potus to my very core then you better back yourself up. WHAT or WHO am I racist against? Obamas skin color? My WIFE is darker than him..SHEESHHH! Or maybe you think I'm racist over his WHITE half.

I DESPISE the man because IMO he is destroying the country that I fought and BLED over. If you have a problem with that, then I suggest you enlist and PROVE your rights to the freedoms Obama is systematically taking away from ME!!! You want to live in a socialist nanny state..then fine..BUT I will spend my last breath fighting against you. And, right now, Obama is cutting his own throat...so no worries. (no personal attacks intended or implied).

  7. Reported for racist nonsense.

Typical liberal comeback. They can't defend thier chosen one..so they play the racist card EVERYTIME......And PLEASE inform me where I'm being racist??? His ancestry is African..his beliefs are marxist...AND I think he's a PIG!!!..That's speciesism NOT racism

  8. Can anyone give me the correct format for writing a residental postal address in the Philippines? I have looked online, and asked 3 different friends (all recently from the Philippines), and received different answers from all. At the very least, can someone tell me where to put the zip code; in front of the city name or behind it? Also, I have heard and read conflicting information about whether or not the Baranguay # is ncessary. It seems that the sub-division is a part of the address too. Help me please. Is there a former Philippines postal worker in the house?

The following (not the real address information) is the best example that I have so far. Can anyone tell me how to correctly format this address or verify that it is ok as is?

    Name

7500 Nangka Street, PHHC Camarin Area D

    Brgy. 178

    Caloocan City, Metro Manila, 1422

    Philippines

    Thanking you in advance.

  10. I found it strange that many Americans are way friendly than a fellow Filipina(s).

I find it odd (and mostly feel sorry) that many senior citizens are still working, pushing carts at the grocery stores when they should just be home resting.

Most Americans want to work..I personally plan on working as long as I'm able..even if money isn't a factor. Sitting at home 'resting'.. usually alone.. leads to an early death. So don't feel sorry for the old man passing out carts at Walmart..chances are, he wants to be there. Remember, elderly Americans have Social Security averaging around $1,000 month and most are elgible for food stamps and other government services. But a lot of senior citizens are too proud to accept free hand outs and would much rather work. But one sad aspect of Americans is most children do not feel an obligation to take care of their parents...the nursing home industry fills that void (unfortunately).

  11. when you posted this were you saying I was a liar? I didn't take it that way.

saying you are incorrect is not calling you a liar.

Ok fine...I'm on this forum for a brief time to assist myself and my Wife in obtaining a Visa..once that's complete, we'll live our lives and probably never return to VJ. In the mean time , we are grateful for the help we receive here.

You, on the other hand have trolled this site for 6 years..and in looking at your previous posts..offering little information of help to anyone (in my opinion of course..others may disagree, no problem). I do know..the few times your quoted me its been in a negative manner..I LIVE here and I think I have a little better clue on whats going on. I don't know your situation nor do I care. But I do know that the MAJORITY of the VJ'ers have only visited the PI for a brief time..AND.. I MIGHT be able to offer them information to save their life. The PI is not main street USA! And with that....I'm out of this thread. (although it's a very thought provoking thread and I've enjoyed it..Thanks Adan and Thet ).

  12. Yes, I have BEEN to a 911 call center. is it nationwide? no. where is it? Davao City

Please READ Markieboys post. If you would have stated Davao and their LOCAL 911 services we could have had a civil discussion. But you chose to attack me and call me a liar with your trolling. The POINT was THERE IS NO SINGULAR NUMBER A PERSON CAN USE HERE TO ENSURE HELP IS ON THE WAY!!! My Asawa's grandfather died in an ambulance sitting in Manila traffic! Just a driver....TO MY knowledge EMTs do not exist in most ambulances. Your odds of surviving a serious medical emergency here are VERY SLIM!!!! Educate yourself.

    Back on topic.

The top ten reasons I chose to leave the Philippines after 3 years are:

    10 Crazy drivers

9 Terrible or nonexistent customer service

    8 Corruption

    7 Food

    6 Terrible infrastructure

5 Cruelty to pets and all animals i.e.####### Fighting, Dogs raised for food in unthinkable conditions, etc

4 No enforced laws to protect irreplaceable wildlife and fishes..fishing with dynamite is still practiced nationwide

3 If your White your rich mentality

    2 Poor medical

AND THE NUMBER ONE REASON WHY I'M LEAVING THE PI IS...(drum roll please)

    Videoke

  13. I haven't been personally tazed , but you read in the news everyday about people having less rights in the usa and it makes me feel disillusioned . And about the beer, its just the difference in attitude that I like about the Philippines, no one would question a person here buying a beer, or ask for id, or give them any type of hard time about it. I just feel like here you get more personal responsibility with no hand holding.

I agree about the medical, I think St lukes is the only chance of survival here if something bad happens, if you can make it there and afford it. I haven't seen any other hospitals so far that i felt were decent. (as of yet). Another plus is the medical is affordable here unlike in the USA.

I respect you views and we all see life through differant perspectives but there area few 'For Sures' here. One is if you ever get involved with the law here..whether Innocent or not...you will never go to trial and the ONLY way you'll get out of the fix is to dig DEEP into your wallet..IF your a foreigner..your guilty EVERYTIME! Do a little research on foreigners arrested in the PI.

Do you REALLY feel safer with an armed guard at Mcdonalds? The armed guards you see at the every entrance to every buiness are very poorly trained and, in many cases, are more dangerous than the criminal themselves. Research the Mark Dizon murders in Angeles last year.OR the Billy Miller murder. And the list goes on and on...all unsolved or unprosecuted cases because no one wanted to pay the fee to pursue. The Philippines survives on corruption from the lowly guard all the way to the top of the feeding chain. Always has been that way ..always will. The Philippines was controlled and goverened by Mexico (not Spain) for 250 years. In most cases, they are twins...research...you may not feel quite so comfortable living here when you through..JMHO
