My fiance and I first met on Valentines Day of 2010. We decided to file for a K-1 visa on July 29th 2010. I had been told that is the best way to do this. She is a Canadian resident and I am a U.S. citizen. Vermont service center took 180 days to approve and send to NVC. Now we are presently waiting for Packet 3 from the Montreal Consulate and are gathering all the required documents and evidence that wee need.
