I didn't even know we had to give that much papers when we entered the US. I entered the US when I was 17 with my family. SO, it really was my dad who did all the paperworks. Hopefully they have my birth certificate because it is very time consuming to ask Philippines for birth Certificates. It takes a while. Offices in the PH tend to be slow.
I will try to get my birth certificate now anyways, just to be sure.. I just have no idea how.
