hi Mike!! We had to submit the most recent NBI showing her AKA from previous marriage. She got the document from NBI and had 2GO take it to the USEM Manila. Once the document was given to 2GO she had her visa in hand in 7 days. POE will be August 7 in Detroit, MI!!!!!!!!

You should have waited until after the NOA2 to travel again. I would send them an express letter using DHL explaining your situation immediately.

Make sure you send them what they need. I knew every possible scenario prior to them sending me my RFE. Two weeks later, NOA2!!!!!!!

Prior to the RFE I sent a packet that contained everything that I thought was missing in my initial filing. That is what happens when you go solo. I did not know about this website. I think they were able to pick and choose out of that packet what they wanted. The RFE wanted letters of intent, corrected I129F form and proof of meeting and letter explaining all the details of the visit.

Good luck to you. I was in your corner when you made that service request. Somehow, we received an RFE last week as December Filers. Don't know how that happened. Some other December filers contacted me stating that there petitions were reviewed. Another cooking the books episode!!
