The CC on your name has a account number in the front as you request and extra card w. your wife name she will get one w. the same account as yours make a Copy of both and send .

Remeber to go to bank and get Life insurance for 6 dollars or something like that my bank charge me this every 3 months and she is the beneficiary also at work all my info has her as contact in case of emergency together w. my work life insurance .

Also remeber to be sure that your check list is on the PKG send and each paper is ID on the back w. name ,case and AA # we are working w. overwork Goberment Employees and mistakes will happen . If they have the Check list they will go true that and match documents this may help them finish your process .

Pepole get to focus on the Bank statements . I only send the last 2 statements w. out any issues .

I dont know if you have kids w. her however i belive that count as evidence not a mayor point however the pkg is about multiple points . W, that alone you are saving good money . b) Remeber that the Kids father is Colombia must relase the kids to the wife in writting and must be documented by Colombian Official . That is Money also . You dont want to spend all the money and air fare and then the Colombian goverment stop the kids on the airport .

In New Jersey if your visa is 6 months close to expire they wont let you take the Permit test . They can care less if you have the 1 year extension letter .

That is what they told me as i take a day off at work and drive to the DMV for my wife .

I could understand about expire or about tho expire visas however if the extension letter is present w. documentation they should allow the Immigrant to take the test and issue the ID .

Is madness if you ask me .

Is been some time and no news for me today is my 3 year aniversary it wold be nice to see some movement on my wife case

If you wife is a Colombian Citizen it will be in Bogota .

I did when to BOGOTA w. my wife and we had a Problem w. no having all documents as my wife left her Medical in the Taxi and i could find that Taxi driver after looking for a Good 5 hrs at the airport .

We show at the Embasy Together did the Process and she was ask 2 times if i was there and I show my Face to the Consular Officer .

Then they rechedule and explaiin the reason of return as main reason for not approval that day we schedule another appoitment and she arrive 4 days later by her self they remember her and ask about me she say he needed to go back to work in the USA .
