    well i don't know for sure obviously but just by looking around on this site and stuff it seems like it takes a lot less time because you don't need to send the paperwork to USCIS and wait 5 months, you send it to Mexico City and it only takes them a few weeks to approve the paperwork. Then it goes to the consulate, but the wait for an appointment may be longer for a spouse visa than a ...
