He just got here and they gave him 10 yrs green card right away, there were no condition Greencard. That is why he left me so fast. He just here for 2 months.

How you withdraw the application?! Try but they said I can't because he had 10yrs green card. How u do it?

I Just finish get a divorce with the guy. Look like the immigration can't fo anything with this guy. But at least I let them know that he left me and have him in bad record.

You have the option of putting him on Child support if he choose not to be a man and take care of his child on his own.

Anyway you can't do anything about pulling the support papers because the person has already recieved their greencard. That is why as a contract people are to READ the Affidavit of Support document BEFORE it is signed and know that when you do you are 100% sure that the immigrant won't become a public charge/use means tested benefits and if they do you're 100% liable. What you should do if you are quite positive you have been scammed is gather quality evidence and send it to ICE. They may not deport the husband but what it could do is give him hell during Naturalization or if he should petition for a new wife.

Yes, I don't have solid evidence, I will just have to write a letter state that he is living me, and go to the USCIS office and give it to them. I know there is nothing that I can do to deport this guy, but hopefully they don't let him become UC. or renewal his green card.

I make a mistake of trusting this guy. What done is done. All I want is to move on with my child without knowing that I and my co sponsor have to be responsible for him here. My family help him everything to start His life here without asking for a dime from us. He telling everyone on his family that we treat him do bad and that we font gie him money to go school. What! He is. A lier to make others feel sorry so that they can take him in and help him. Everyone work hard on America there are no such things as free money. My opinion on this is as follows...

10 years ago when I got my first I129F, I had a lawyer to help us with the Affidavit of Support because I couldn't understand it to figure it out and the Philadelphia Field Office kept rejecting it on me.

He told me that legally this document means nothing as it was written by bureaucrats and not lawyers. It is not legally binding and any half decent lawyer could get a sponsor out of trouble if they were being pursued because of the affidavit. Basically his legal opinion was that it is not enforceable and no real point to fill it out, but its required and so he did his job and helped us fill it our properly.

By no means am I saying don't care about it, because ultimately you did sign an agreement with the Government, it's just the advice I got from my Philly immigration lawyer back in 2003.
