Conditional PR card expiration is more than two years
8:46 pm August 5, 2016

My husband came into the US on his CR-1 visa on December 30, 2014. This would presumably make our expiration December 30, 2016, meaning we would be filing to remove the conditional status of his green card very soon. However, for some reason his permanent resident card has an expiration of August 2017. There was a spelling error on the first PR card sent to us and we aren't sure if that is why the expiration is different?

We don't know what date we should go by and when to file. Help!

I'm a USC, my mom is already living in the US, I filed concurrently I'm December 2015. She did her biometrics on Jan 4,2016, we received an RFE for initial evidence on Jan 6th. I mailed in my response on Jan 23rd.

On Feb 3rd I got an email stating they received my response, her ead was approved on Feb 17th. On March 3rd I got an email saying her i130 was approved but the i485 is still saying response received, do anyone know how much longer before an interview is scheduled, if any, also is it strange that the i130 and i765 was approved but the i485 still in review?

My daughter just got approved for I-130 under 21 child. She lives in Barbados. Do anyone knows the processing time for a visa?

I am in the process of becoming a USA citizen. After I become one I plan to update her application.

Since I will be a citizen can I apply for her a k1 visa ?

I am always being denied visa because I had my baby in the US. My labor was induced . I was scheduled to return home but was told I was in no condition to fly and was placed on bedrest until confinement. What are the chances for me ,my husband and daughter? And why doesn't the embassy come straight out and say the reason instead of giving another reason for the denial.
