Everytime I tried to create an account with ustraveldocs. It gives me error. Anyone had this problems.?

Is there any group for Ivory Coast

My husband had his interview on the 01/12/2020. The interviewer asked us to submit a document and kept my husband passport. We submitted the required documents on 01/19/2020. I emailed them to let them know that I have submitted the documents required and they responded that they received it. I haven t heard from them since then and the status of my husband visa hasn t changed since 01/20/2021. Should I email them and ask about the visa status so I can go ahead and schedule my surgery. My case was expedite because I m going to do a surgery.
