US Immigration from Ivory Coast

Well I called this morning just because I realized a lot of people were getting Nebraska with IOE. Unfortunately as a USC they sent me to California. Lawfully didn t update and I didn t see anything in files that said transferred. alittle worried. Considering filing K3 because 21-28 months is long.

I filed today and got this 30 mins later.

We got married on Sunday April 18,2021 with the KMA at our home. The certificate took 7 weeks and then when we received it the marriage date says APRIL 19,2021. THEY claim they don t work on Sundays so the certificate date will be the 19th. I don t know what to do now. They say this cannot be corrected.I m filing I130 FOR MY HUSBAND. COUNTRY GHANA.

I read that the rules for COVID test before traveling to USA is 3 days. I did my Covid test on Saturday 02/20/2021 and my flight in Tuesday 02/23/2021 morning at 9:00 am. This is considered 3 days period or will this cause a problem ?
