US Immigration from American Samoa

I submitted my application with one i -130 for myself and one I-130 form form my child who lives abroad along with the biometric fees for my I-130 form which was $1,155 .I did not submit any biometric fee for my child's form since hes under the age of 14 .My package was rejected saying the payment is incorrect what did I do wrong?

Hi, Newbie here, i and my fiance have been together for a year and 5 month now, we met back last year July. i know on the form says that you have to meet prior two years, i and my fiance was thinking of starting the process now, do you guys think its right time that it wont affect our approval?
