when a k1 fiance file for restraining order against the spouse that file for him. He does not want to divorce, filled a restraining order against the spouse that filled for him. What should this spouse do . Will the K1 fianc allowed to stay?

I submitted my application with one i -130 for myself and one I-130 form form my child who lives abroad along with the biometric fees for my I-130 form which was $1,155 .I did not submit any biometric fee for my child's form since hes under the age of 14 .My package was rejected saying the payment is incorrect what did I do wrong?
