Hello everyone,
Me and my fiancé have filed for a K1 visa at the end of July 2021 so it shouldn't take too long until the visa is processed.
The main issue is that she might not be earning enough. However I have a remote job that permits me to work from anywhere and the money isn't bad. I would still be required to pay taxes in Spain for 6 months, and hopefully that would be enough to get the work permit and after that pay the taxes in the US.
Would the fact that I already have a stable job with good pay help her out in that regard?
