  1. gotcha, sorry dude. My brain is on overload right now. For the I-129 that was for when I was living in California and was filled out almost two years ago. Since then I agreed to do some stuff out of country for work. As of right now the address I used is no longer mine. Other than a bunch of stuff in storage, and my mailing address, I have no place to live. That's actually what prompted my shift overseas. I was getting the boot so they could sell. So since there is no permanent residence what do I use? Would it present a problem if I used the address in I-129F? Seems like it would.
  2. @Mike E I didn't post this elsewhere. I am not seeing that thread. Can you link to it? Thanks I scoured a bunch of other posts but didn't find an answer.
  3. My sweetie and I are currently living in Taiwan, neither of our home countries. My employer has an office here, and I was asked to take on a roll overseeing some things. We figured this was a good way to be together while waiting out this process. We just began filling out DS160 and it asks where we will live in the USA. I currently don't have a residence there, only a mailing address, though I am still paying taxes, and by definition, am domiciled in the USA. What do I put for where we will live? My mailing address is my employer, so that seems suspect. Can I use a parents address or will we run into problems? Thanks
