Yes I know I need to update my time line etc....

Ive been internet less for the past four months due to dial up hell blah blah blah.

Anyways heres where I am at.

K1 Visa was granted on Dec 13th 2005.

Entered the USA through Chicago December 21st

Married on February 3rd.

Had my shots for the vaccination supplement of the medical some time early march.

Applied for AOS on the 19th March.

Found out my Wife was pregnant 4th April. ( thought I would add that just for good measure)

I had the Biometrics taken 8th April.

So I am a little lost with the EAD forms. If I apply for them now will I be able to work up until I am granted my Green Card ?

Or

Will I have to wait due to the fact that my landing card I94 I think its called expired on the 21st March?

Its required as part of the evidence for the EAD form so I thought it best to ask before I give the Immigration people more money.

Any help appreciated.

im not sure what is your question, when you applied for AOS i understand you didnt do it for EAD too and now you want to apply..........

yes for EAD you have to give a copy of your I-94, i dont think it matters it is over the 90 days just add a copy of your I-485 so they see you are applying for AOS on time.

hope this helps

and you cant work till you are granted the EAD
