Just wondering and I'm a little confuse.:-( So it happens that the beneficiary will not get the packet IV? What to do then if that would be the case? What's the procedure?

Oooppps, it was too late to edit my last post.

I wanted to add: you may have to double check the visa fee you will have to pay as it will increase next year (from $100 to $131?). Another fee has also been added for the NSO verification which is P650.

THE K-1 PROCESS

June 14, 2007: Sent I-129F to Texas Service Center (but case was transferred to CSC)

June 27, 2007: Receipt Notice Date

October 29, 2007: Petition is APPROVED! :-)

December 10, 2007: Case received at NVC

December 12, 2007: Case is forwarded to US Embassy!

January 2, 2008: Pay Delbros for Document Verification

January 8, 2008: CFO Seminar

January 23-24, 2008: Early Medical (Original Sched is Feb. 1, 2008)

February 8, 2008: Interview Date (6:30AM)

February 15, 2008: Received Visa :-)

February 27, 2008: Fly to USA... POE: JFK - New York... :-)

March 14, 2008: Applied for SSN

April 18, 2008: Wedding Day :-)

THE AOS PROCESS

May 13, 2008: Sent AOS docs to USCIS including EAD and AP

May 15, 2008: Package was delivered!

May 21, 2008: Check was cashed!

May 20, 2008: Notice Date for AOS, EAD, & AP

May 24, 2008: Received All 3 NOA's in the mail

May 26, 2008: All 3 cases available online (at National Benefit Center or MSC)

June 12, 2008: Biometric Appointment (USCIS Raleigh - Durham, NC)

June 12, 2008: AOS and EAD touched!

July 19, 2008: AP Approved! Approval is sent!

July 22, 2008: Approval status available online!

July 26, 2008: AP received in the mail!

July 28, 2008: EAD card received in the mail! (With July 19 approval date)

Jan. 13, 2009: Interview Date at USCIS - Raleigh/Durham

APPROVED!!!!

i plan to attend the CFO seminar after my medical appointment on Jan.29-30. maybe jan.31 or feb 1.... my interview is scheduled on feb 5.

guys, help naman... I know I need to pay the Delbros verification fee but I am confused if I have to pay total amount since with k2 in one deposit slip coz I have not received my packet 4 advice. Help please!!!

THE ONLY THING THAT MY FIANCE WILL DO IS TO SEND ME THS DOC OF SUPPORT LIKE HIS TAXES , BANK ACCOUNTS AND ANY OTHER SUPPORTING PAPERS THAT WILL SHOW THAT HE WILL SUPPORT ME AND DONT NEED TO SEND TO HIM ANY PAPER TO FILL OUT?. i plan to attend the CFO seminar after my medical appointment on Jan.29-30. maybe jan.31 or feb 1.... my interview is scheduled on feb 5.

I am not planning an early Physical Exam. We can have an "eyeball" at SLEC on feb 29 :) I will attend the CFO seminar too after my SLEC appointment. :):)

Jovy's interview scheduled for February 8 in MNL!! 2007833XXX (not sure what that number is used for here, but what the hey)

No packets 3/4 received yet, but excited to know timing of next steps. We can almost pick a wedding date now. :dance: I've been afraid to put any money down with such date uncertainty looming.

07-09-07 - Sent I-129F package via express mail to VSC

07-11-07 - USPS Express mail delivery confirmed at VSC

07-12-07 - Date of NOA1 (per case status search on USCIS web site)

07-13-07 - Date check cashed by USCIS for 129-F filing fee

07-16-07 - Date check posted to my bank

07-17-07 - Date check actually cleared my bank account online (& check image and case #visible)

11-27-07 - E-mail notice of NOA2, mailed to me on 11/27/07

12-03-07 - Notice of NVC receipt, assignment of MNL case number

01-03-08 - Packet (3/4?) info received from USE

02-01-08 - Medical Completed at St. Luke's

02-08-08 - Embassy Interview Appointment (APPROVED!!!)

02-17-08 - Visa received!!

02-25-08 - Jovy & Dan together for good

03-05-08 - Leaving MNL for Newark, NJ our POE and close to home.

04-26-08 - Civil service, officially married!!

06-14-08 - Private ceremony & reception (the big party)
