So visa journey says I should call

But I'm guessing that would be nothing but an annoyance to the immigration folk? I also read somewhere here that the immigration folk were saying that more calls just meant that their application would be delayed longer.

I got my NOA1 in June 25 this year. Many people have already got their NOA2's from the same service centre who are also from the UK... even those who filed a whole month after me. It seems that when I search by that criteria and sort by NOA1 date, that the CSC folk are missing me out and going on to those who filed after me.

Should I call? Or wait? If I call what should I say? I mean they DID say 7 months at the most, and it's only been 5.5 months... but visajourney says I should call?

When I called the last time, they have you put in your reciept number and then a prerecorded message tells you what it says online, then they say "Our reps do not have any additional information...etc"

Is there still any way of getting through to a rep? And if so, is it advisable? You'd think they'd be pissed and ignore your case further still.

I am only asking since on my timeline, visajourney specifically states I should call.

You can use the so-called "RFE Trick":

1-800-375-5283, 1, 2, 2, 4, 2, 1, case number, 1, 1.

When you speak with the operator, just tell them something like "I thought if my case number took longer than x many days then that means I have an RFE." Play ignorant but ask lots of questions. You might get lucky. Sometimes they give you good information, sometimes you might as well be talking to a hammer.

Good luck!
