I-765 previous employment authorization documentation missing

Hi. I am in the US on a K1 visa and now I am preparing the forms to file for AOS.

I was an F1 student in the past and have applied for employment authorization (OPT) twice, both were granted.

On the form I-765, it asks for all documentations for previous employment authorizations. But I only have one card from the latest employmenet authorization from 2004. I have thrown away the old card (issued in 2001) and any letters that came with the cards.

Do you think it will be a problem if I only mention the latest one and attach a photo copy of the latest card I have kept?

Should I mention the old card and tell them that I didnt keep any documentation of it?

I would appreciate it if you could give me an advice or you could share your experience.

03/04/2008---I-131 received in mail

03/11/2008---Initial Interview Appointment---APPROVED!!!!!

03/17/2008---Welcome notice received in mail

03/21/2008---Green Card received in mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband didn't have any record of his OPT either. We just wrote down the details as he could recall them and that was it. I think a photocopy of the most recent would be fine. Just write down both on the form though. It was never mentioned at the interview, and his EAD came thru with no RFE.

Nothing I say is legal advice. I recommend you consult a qualified immigration attorney for any questions you may have.

Yes me too I feel relief, I have the same problem I work when I was student here but I didnt' keep any records of my working authorization, so I hope evertything will be fine.
