NBC (MSC) & LUDs & INFOPASS

When in the processing timeline are spousal AOS cases transferred from the NBC (MSC) to the local service center?

How does one determine which local service center is yours?

Has anyone received a LUD on the weekend?

Has anyone received a LUD on a holiday?

Is making an Infopass appointment simply to see how the processing is coming along possible? useful?

We have not waited an excessively long time in our case but are simply curious.

Thanks for your answers.

Usually, your case just sits at MSC until requested by the local office just before your interview.

Use this field office locator. just type in your zip code.

Yes updates happen on weekends and some have had on holidays. Dont get too worked up by these touches, although nice to know that someone has at least pulled your file, it could be for anything.

Generally give it 6 months before making an infopass or if your local office goes over the processing time.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline
