Captain, I was surfing to answer a question for another member regarding how to put together the EAD and AP packages. I recall having seen such a list in the past - used it myself when assembling our packages in October 05 (before the site crashed).

When I go to the AOS list for assembling the package (in the Guides), it states I-765 and I-131 (if filing) and there are links in each of those sentences which I BELIEVE used to take you to a list of what to put in those respective packages. Now those links take you to USCIS.gov to download the forms (there are 2 links in each sentence and they both seem to take you to USCIS).

Did something change after the site crash - did you move the lists? Or did they get swallowed up?
