Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence

My wife has a CR1 visa, she arrived to the US on April 27th, 2006 from Chile. We filed directly at the consulate in Santiago. I am in the process of finding out what we have to do to lift her conditional status.

First of all, I'm assuming we have to file within 90 days of April 27th, the day she arrived here. It wouldn't be 90 days before our wedding date (January 28th, 2006), or the day she was approved (March something, 2006), correct?

Secondly, they're telling us to submit two completed fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for applicants and dependents between the ages of 14 and 79 as well as the I-751 form. I'm a little confused about that though, because they say later in the instructions that once the I-751 form is submitted they will send you instructions on how to go about completing the fingerprint cards. So do you have to prepare the fingerprint forms before sending in the I-751 and send them in at the same time, or just send the I-751 and wait until you hear from USCIS to do the rest?

Anyone who has done this before please let me know what the process is.

The earliest you can file is 90 days before the expiry date of the conditional greencard.... You do not have to submit fingerprint cards, her fingerprints and photographs will be taken at her Biometrics appointment which will be sent to you after you file...
