i have a friend he just got his 10 GC 2 months ago, and he is not living with his wife anymore...and he is afraid his wife will report him to the immigration service..thhen , the immig will deport him to his country, i told him now u have ur 10 GC..i don`t think immig will deport you if you don`t make troubles....now he is worried....what could you guys say about this situation.....thx guys

Unless she has evidence to prove that he only married her for a Greencard... it is unlikely that ICE would take her word against him...

I agree. Only if the wife could show that he lied substantially on his applications, there would be a case against him.
