Submitting resumes for employment

Hi,

I would NOT submit any documents with my resume. You do not need to explain how your education was different from one in the US in your resume. They will ask you that at an interview (if they want to know). They will also ask for references and letters of recommendation if they think you may be a good candidate. Same goes for samples.

I was never asked to show an evaluated degree in any of my job interviews. And I've had quite a few job offers regardless. I work in the creative field. I just got a job at a major corporation. I have had an in-depth interview with them and was asked many questions regarding my experience, my education etc. They also asked me if I am allowed to work in the US. But they never asked me to see any kind of documents. My advice: offer only the amount of information you are being asked for. It has always worked for me.
