I worry If USCIS sent Welcome Notice to old address!!

Dear Friends, Its 3 days and no welcome notice in the mail yet! on USCIS website it says they mailed welcome notice on Sep. 5, I worry If they mailed it to our old address, What should I do If they sent it to old adress? Should I report address change again?

They mailed my son's welcome notice on Sept. 4 and we did not get it until yesterday (so you are a day behind us). I would not worry too much about it, unless you don't get it by mid next week. The welcome notice doesn't contain the green card or anything all that important. It's just basically a letter welcoming you to the US and tellng you that you will get your green card soon.

12/14/2006--- Mailed EAD App.

01/20/2007--- Biometrics

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

desperate heart, I can totally understand your anxiety...however, it's only been 3 days. At least give it 2 weeks before you start panicking. Besides it's just the welcome notice, not the green card. Do you really give a @#$% about a letter welcoming you? Also, your timeline indicates that they sent you a confirmation mail through the postal mail so what are you worried about? It will come. Just chill. The hard part is already over... have a great sunday.

3/30/07 NOA of AOS & EAD

4/24/07 biometrics appointment

6/26/07 Infopass appointment for EAD (no interim EAD anymore, will send email)

6/27/07 infopass appointment to check response to email: email was not sent, promised to send again)

6/27/07 received phone call from USCIS local office that there is RFE (I-864)

7/5/07 I-864 sent

7/13/07 EAD card production

7/16/07 EAD touched

7/25/07 email saying ead approval notice sent

7/26/07 EAD in hand

7/26/07 interview date for 8/20

8/20/07 interview went well RFE (TB test)/ 485 approved pending receipt of RFE

8/27/07 RFE submitted

9/5/07 CRIS email saying we've sent welcome letter

9/7/07 GC card production
