I sent in my K-1 application in the beginning of August and I was wondering if anyone else thats sent it in after the change has gotten anything back from them or has an estimate on when they will get some sort of confirmation of receiving the forms like a receipt or the case number.

It takes a bit to start getting things back. You might take a look at the immigration timelines at the top of the page, you might get a clue for your service center.

Make sure you fill out your timeline, the stats will be useful to others following you. Good luck

You might get something as early as two months... but that is the soonest...

You'll receive something called NOA1 as the confirmation of receiving the forms with the case number by USCIS. Alternatively you can find the case number on the back of the cashed check.
