Can you explain to me about LUD? what is LUD ?

LUD - Last Update Date

Whenever somebdy at USCIS works on your application, LUD changes usually. You acutal case status may or may not change.

My biometric was done on 08/17, my case LUD changed to 08/17 and then to 08/19.....After then, nothng happened :(...waiting..:(

My service center is CSC.

My LUD was July 18, 2007 and then Augst 17, 2007 (2 days after Biometrics done) and then Augst 27, 2007 (today) Current Status: Card production ordered.

That is all I have from USCIS.gov.

Best of Luck

Congratulations, Wiffiman!

I just have a couple of questions.

1) When did you file AOS,

2) When did USCIS approve it, and

3) Did you or did you not have an (AOS) interview?

Thanks!

Please take a look at my timeline, USCIS did not send me any approval after my wife took a biometrics. After my wife took a biometrics, all we have to do was waiting and waiting and this morning I just get a notice email said the card is ordered and it will send to me within 30 days. It will be 10 yrs green card and we do not have any AOS interview.

Thank you Wifiman, and I apologise if I wasn't clear.

I asked you about your AOS (Adjustment of Status = I-485) interview, not Removal of

Conditions (I-751). BTW, when I click your Timeline link, it says "VisaJourney Member Timeline:

No Timeline Found! This member has not auto-linked their timeline or does not have one."

Many people here got transferred to CSC and had their I-485's approved without an interview,

and I was just wondering if you were one of us. We're still trying to figure out whether or not

those who didn't have an interview at the AOS stage are necessarily going to have one at

removal of conditions.

I am sorry to confused you. Actually, My wife came to USA under MARRIAGE STATUS not fiance status. After one month she came to USA, we got 2 yrs green card from USCIS and It will be expired on Aug this year, that is why we filed I751 to remove condition of her green card. The next green card we will get is 10 yrs.

Best of Luck
