Two questions - proof of asset (original or copy?); petitioner with only household member?

Hi!

Two questions:
1) For the interview, does the proof of asset (ie. Property Title) need to be an original document as well? Or can it be a copy?

2) Has anyone been successful in the CR1 interview with just a petitioner and his household member who merely applied for an i864a? No joint sponsor.

A copy will be fine. Make sure you take proof of value and proof of it being a second home/investment property as well.

Lots have, but it will depend on circumstances.

Best of luck.
