Is this a buggy error or am I just missing something? My fiancee's visa got approved and issued(!) at the Bogota embassy, and now it's time to schedule an appointment to pick it up. The email from the embassy says to use this site. Every time I log in, this is all I see. Just the groups page. The blacked out name/email is my fiancee's info - it's plain text, not a link or anything. I've tried with different browsers, even tried using my phone, nada.

Unsurprisingly, it was just user error. There was an email that directed me to schedule an interview. It sent me to the non-immigrant visa area of usvisa-info. And the K-1 business is handled in the immigrant visa area of the website. Once I hit the "IV" switch at the bottom right, all got sorted out.
