Hello,

I filled an I-130 for my father in April 2024. USCIS Approved the case On November 2025. The case is sent to NVC. then, I received an email from NVC Stated that "The U.S Embassy in Port-au-Prince has suspended all operation and you cannot continue your visa process in Haiti at this time. the U.S Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas is the designated processing post for nationals of Haiti. You may request to change your interview appointment location to U.S Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas. If you are a resident of another country, you may request to interview at another U.S Embassy or Consulate that processes immigrant visas."

Does a Haitian used the U.S embassy in Nassau, Bahamas. or any advices will help.

Thank you,
