I got my 10 year green card through consular processing and moved to the US in Jan 2023. My spouse is a US citizen by birth. I'm preparing to submit my N-400 later this month since it will be 3 years minus 90 days.

For evidence of marriage, should I submit evidence covering the last 3 years? I've only been in the US for 2 years 9 months. I do have evidence from when we were living overseas. Should I upload that as well?

don’t forget you have got to have lived together for 3 full years before you submit. There is no 90 day early submission if you’ve not lived together the full 3 years at that point

if you moved to US and lived together from day one, then you should not apply until you’ve hit the full 3 years in US otherwise you can be rejected/denied

I should have mentioned that we have been married and living together for 13 years. We moved to the US 2 years and 9 months ago, hence my question.

Did you live separately at any time in the last 3 years? Marital union is requirement that gets interpreted very strictly by some adjudicators. If you want to have 0 risk, just wait full 3 years of living in the US before filing N-400. Good luck!
