Non-US Citizen Spouse of DoD CTR relocating to Germany under SOFA

I am a conditional green card holder with an expired physical card and I-797 (receipt notice that extends the validity of the card for another 48months). My spouse is a DoD contractor who just received an international assignment in Germany.

 

Can I enter the country with my husband without a visa? I am from a country that requires one to enter Germany. My name is on his work order (AE Form 600-77A) and IAA (international assignment agreement) and we will receive SOFA stamp/certificate after arriving in Germany.
