Hi, As the US citizen father. Do I have to complete this? Coz the main reason we had to file is I-130 is that I did not complete required physical presence in USA at the time my son born.

I just filled out application and sent. Now I received below appointment notice for biometrics. 

Its asking for us to scheduled biometric services appointment before arriving at an Application Support Center (ASC).  But my kids are 5 years old and 8 years old. Do they need to do this ?

 

What should we do for this?

I would not ignore the appointment. Missing appointment usually means eventual denial, and you only have one attempt when it comes to N-600! You cannot refile if denied!

So I'd take the kids to appointment and go from there. Most likely, they won't get fingerprinted, but some note will be left in thy system saying they don't require it.
