I just submitted my fathers-in-law CIVIL Documents on CEAC and realized that the PASSPORT BIOGRAPHIC PAGE that I submitted was from the Petitioner (my husband) and not of my father's-in-law.  Ugh.... I will be submitting my fathers-in-law correct information now but how likely will it be of us getting a RFE for not submitting the proper information on the proper tab?

I'd say 100% given that you provided your husbands passport and not your FIL's.

I submitted my FIL's passport page document about an hour later on the Additional Documents tab.  Just want to be aware of my chances and just praying that they will consider that I did submit it, just not in the proper tab.
