OP

And having a common law wife in Cameroon didn't scare you?

Do you know what may happen when he has that precious green card as has happened to some from Africa ?

Do you know USCIS may not even issue green card

Yes, USCIS does look back at your case before issuing your green card, even after an IR1 visa has been issued.
Why?
  • Final Review: Before issuing the permanent resident card (green card), USCIS conducts a comprehensive review of your entire case to ensure all eligibility requirements are still met.

Someone asked for help, everyone has something negative to say. Same person comes to true positive light into their case and still negative comments. Please tell me what will happen if he gets the “precious green card.”
