We got our packet 3 for K-1 Visa.  It says to go to the Vietnamese Us travel docs website to register a mailing address.  

 

This website is the hottest piece of trash.  It simply doesn't work.  VPN, extensions, cache.  It doesn't matter.  We're quite stressed and do not know what to do.

 

She spoke to someone who said you can skip this step.  Is this true?

Yeah the whole system is held together by duct tape and bailing wire

 

I got that link from the DoS website for the Embassy in Ho Chi Minh City supplements by post website
