What's the process for making corrections on online application on scheduling portal?

Hello.  I was wondering if anybody knows the process on making corrections on the online application on the scheduling portal.  I just realized i mistyped something on the application and would like to correct it if possible.  Am I able to delete the old application and  start another application with the same ds160 confirmation number or will that be an issue? Thanks.

You mistyped something on the online portal appointment application or on the DS-160? If it was on the portal, what did you mistype?
