US Visa Issued But No Tracking Number Yet (London, United Kingdom)

Hey everyone, I’m feeling really stressed and hoping someone here has had a similar experience. My US visa was marked as issued last Thursday (March 20), but I still haven’t received a tracking number for my passport delivery. I paid for premium home delivery, and most people who had their visas issued the same day already got their passports.
 

I called the embassy in London and they just keep saying, “Your documents aren’t ready for delivery yet - we can't do anything about it”. MBE also said they can’t help without a tracking number. I feel stuck in a loop, and I have no idea what’s actually happening with my passport.
 

Has anyone else had this delay before? How long did it take for you to get your tracking number after your visa was issued? Any advice would be really appreciated!

It can take up to 10 working days for it to be returned so no need to worry yet. What does your online status say? And what kind of visa?

The status on CEAC shows issued from last Thursday (20th). I applied for travel visa.
