Quiero agregar algo a la pregunta que acaba de hacer.

es el certificado de Policia, lo mismo que lo de el Movimiento Migratorio?

es decir es el Certificado de Policia lo que muestra las entradas y salidas del Pais? y lo tiene que obtener aun que no haya salido del pais?

gracias por tu ayuda

October 2006: met , ended up spending almost 3 unplanned months in Colombia

June 2007: returned , spent just over 1 month

June 28, 2007: sent I-129F

July 5, 2007: NOA1 approved

November 8, 2007: NOA2 approved

November 14, 2007: received harcopy of NOA2

HOla Daniel, El Certificado de Policia y el Movimiento Migratoria (certificado de Entradas y Salidas Del Pais) Son documentos totalmente Diferentes pero que ambos son emitidos por la Misma Entidad, Es decir, Por el DAS.

Para el Certificado de Policia se debe

* hacer una consigancion previa de 28.600 pesos a Bancafe.

* Tomarse 2 Fotos Fondo Azul especial para Este documeto

* Fotocopia de la Cedula de Ciudadnia

* Cedula de Ciudadania en mano

* Apartar la cita, de acuerdo al formato que tenga la Oficina a la cual se recurre.

PAra el Documento De inmigacion o de Entradas Y Salidas del PAis

* Consignar en Bancafe la suma de 36.300 en BAncafe

* Llenar una forma que la Oficina de Extranjeria Expide.

* Fotocopia de la Cedula.

Ambos son Requeridos por La Embajada, a algunas aplicantes ni siquiera la embajada se los requirio, pero en el mayor de los casos ellos siempre pregunta por el Certificado de Entradas y Salidas del Pais, aun ha sabiendas que uno no tiene ningun movimiento por cuanto no ha salido del pais.

En todos casos es mejor prevenir que lamentar. Better to be safe that sorry.

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
