My case arrived in Panama City right before they were changing their payment and delivery provider, first I was sent a list of instructions and that pretty much a fools errand because there was no way I could complete them, they sent me these on August 28th and I couldn’t even pay the way they wanted me to past August 30th, anyways since they I have sent many emails and they have only responded to me once, in the email I explained the previous situation and they just said “will send you instructions when your case arrives in Panama” showing their incompetence, they was September 25th and and my case was in Panama since August 16th so I answered back and said my case is there I’m asking about new instructions for the new payment and service provider then they responded with “oh yes your case is here so when there becomes availability for an interview we will send you instructions this was the only time they answered out of many messages… the problem I’m having now is my I-797 expires October 26th and I messaged them multiple times about this and I’m completely being ignored again since that one time they answered, I don’t know what happens if they don’t answer by the date it expires and I don’t know what to do anymore
