I filed for both parents on 04/16/24. Both were assigned to TSC and approved on 07/11/25.

Hi again everyone, just a quick update,

 

Filled for both parents; 29th April 2024

Both were Assigned as: LIN

Case Status: Approved

I-130 Approval Date: 21st July 2025 @ 4:45 PM est.

Next Stage NVC fingers crossed I’m not sure how long the process will be but first got to receive the welcome pack, if anyone knows, that the welcome pack will be coming in mail or email or both?

how long NVC takes to send Welcome pack?

It comes via email. Processing times are updated weekly here - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

 

You’ve mentioned one approval but not the other? If the second takes a lot longer you can delay the first case at NVC so the second catches up.

Thank for the insight. Both are approved few mins apart or at the same time.

So both of my Parents cases got transferred to Nebraska but one was in California and the other was at Texas Now both at Nebraska but for my dad case got biometric appointment for me to appear and my mom case I haven’t heard anything !! Is that normal getting biometric appointment for me ??

No, it’s not. It’s usually to verify your identity or something like that so unless you have something in your background to be concerned about, I wouldn’t worry. 
 

When did you become a US citizen?
