Will my visa be granted.

Would my US visa be approved and submitted to DHL whenever they ask you to submit additional document through DHL head office. It's a brother sister visa f 41 hours asked to send some document through vfx including my passport does that mean the visa outcome would always be positive that is issued or at times you might get the passport without the visas in it

There's never a guarantee, it's hard to help though without knowing a lot more info - what documents you were asked for, which consulate, what your PD is etc. Not sure what you mean about submitted to DHL, do you mean you sent the documents via DHL?

Yes,  the consulate asked me to add IRS TAX , PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP (PHOTOS) through DHL. Im in ghana. And it's f41 visa.
