My mum went for her US embassy interview on 17th April, 2024 but we are yet to get a notification from the DHL in accra stating that the passport is ready for pick up. Did anyone go through this?

I’m getting worried. Please help

Perfectly normal, but what does her online status say?

@appleblossom thank you for your reply. It says ISSUED on the caec website.

That's good, it's been printed then and you should hear very soon.

@appleblossom thank you. I hope we get it. I have set up a pick up location for her passport in Ghana to be delivered to DHL in accra. But my only worry is that, it’s not been updated to show the status of the passport. Well, I’ll wait and hope with prayers that they update it.
