Trying to anticipate what I’ll need from GP. Should I ask about a letter regarding my anxiety?

So we got the DQ notice through today. I am expecting to receive my IL in May based on others posts. 
 

In the meantime, I am trying to anticipate what I’ll need from my GP. I have my vaccination records, and will be requesting a patient care summary. 
 

Pre-Covid, I was on medication for Anxiety but I stopped requiring medication and checkups  towards the end of 2019. Should I be requesting a separate letter from my GP specifically about the anxiety?

Ask GP Reception to give you access to your records on Patient Access, you can then download and print at home. Saves a BIG headache with not then having to rely on others. You will see any Consultant notes and print along with SCR and medications. We were DQ’d and received IL within a few weeks, it’s super quick. A little too quick as it only gave about two weeks to arrange and attend medical prior to interview.
