Hello,

I was on two different J1 programs.

I completed the home residency requirement of the first program (Fulbright) and now I would like to apply for the waiver for the second program (not a government funding).

Is there anything special I need to do in my waiver application in this special case of mine?

Looking at the J1 waiver application instructions on USCIS, it looks like I fill out a web application that asks about all my past DS2019s and send no-objection letter from my home country.

Would USCIS think that I also apply for a waiver for the first program that I already paid?

How do they know I'm applying only for the second one?
