Interview status updates?

This seems like a very stupid question, but I can’t find an answer. We had our IR-1 interview last week and the officer said my husband was approved pending results of his medical. I have been checking Ceac for status updates but cannot seem to find anything…thought maybe it would show somewhere that it was in admin processing. But didn’t see that anywhere. Anyway, today he received an email saying his passport was being returned and will receive an update on where he can pick it up in Manchester in the next couple days. I checked all over Ceac again for an update ..I figured it would give status on the main page where it shows in the upper right side that the case is at London embassy. But it has remained unchanged. Anyone able to offer any help here on where to look? Thanks.

Sounds like you're logging in to CEAC rather than just using the status checker page - https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

HTH.

Maybe just as well you didn’t….it tends to suck you in, I was checking it 10 times a day throughout our whole application. 😂

Congrats on the visa being issued, it’ll tell you when it’s on the way too.
