Hi guys! About a year ago (6/28/2022) I've received my first notice of action for I-130 through the mail.

I noticed that to add the case in my USCIS account I need an access code but I don't see it in the mail. I heard that for some it came in a second letter that same month, but I never got it! Also I tried submitting a form, but USCIS just sends me an automated do not reply email stating that it should've been sent to my email but I never got it. Here's some of the email:

"We understand that you did not received your Receipt Notice, Acceptance/Confirmation Notice, and/or Online Access Code Account Notice for the application you submitted. Notices are general sent to the email address you provided in the application. Please make sure you are looking for your notice in the correct email inbox. Also, be sure to check your spam or junk folders for the notices as well, or perhaps it has not been generated."

I tried speaking to a live representative through the chat but they said they couldn't help that I had to send the form that I've already sent. Has this happened to anyone else?

I appreciate any advice! Thanks

Are you applying for a spousal visa through consulate or will the spouse adjust status in the US?

I'm applying for a spousal visa

The USCIS account really isn’t all that important… you can’t really do anything until you get the welcome letter from NVC (and you can apply for the visa)… hopefully you won’t receive any RFEs and things will be straightforward. Hoping you get approved soon…

Thank you Redro! Yeah I figured it may not be all that important. I've been waiting for 13 months now and still no notice for NOA2.
