Hip hop abs

Has any one here ever tried any of the Beach body work outs???? I was really intrested in getting a set but they are a bit expensive so I checked Craigslist and I was lucky to find a person selling her set for cheap!!! I got a great bargin and I cant wait to start them out. Now that I got the Hip hop abs dvds, Im just wondering if any one here has done any work outs by beach body. If so what were your results after 90 days? Any tips or advice?

Cool well when are you planning to start? You want to be work out buddies to keep each other on track? I will make sure you push play on that dvd player every day! LOL

I need to take a pic because I want to keep a journal of my before and after pics as I go along. LOL Maybe it might help me to see changes as I go along. who knows.

OMG! what timing!

Just yesterday I was at work and my boss walked by my desk where the radio was playing some Rage Against The Machine. My boss yells out, AWWWW HELLLLL Y'AAALLL, IT'S HIP HOP ABS TIME!!! he does this weird jump and starts doing the excercise! I had never heard of it so he tells me about it while he's mimicking the whole thing. I was laughing so damn hard I had tears and mascara running down my face and I was trying so hard not to piss myself

well i know i will probably look like a dork too but as long as it works! So what does your boss say did it work for him does he recomend it?

He doesn't have it, he was just imitating the commercial. He said he saw it on at 3 am one night.
